Alexandra (Alex) is passionate about life. After a solid and successful 14-year sales career in sales in the pharmaceutical industry, she changed the direction of her life to become a powerful and transformative Erickson coach.

In the last 6 years, Alex has built her own coaching business, written a book about the benefits of embracing a growth mindset, is a speaker and facilitator, and also the founder of Mindset Immersions - retreats to inspire intentional lives.

As a coach, Alex loves to create both safe and challenging spaces for people to grow and expand. Her measure of happiness and success is being able to do something that she is passionate about and have a positive impact on others.

Alex is also a mum, a friend, a traveler, a yogi, sister and daughter, among so many other roles that challenge and expand here every day.
