We understand that unexpected situations arise. Should you need to reschedule your class, please notify us at least 2 weeks before the class start date. Please note that requests for class changes are subject to a service fee. You can use the following link to make a payment for a class change. Once payment is received, your request will be processed. You will receive a confirmation email.

100% attendance is mandatory for the Group Mentor sessions. If you've missed a session and need to make it up, kindly use the provided link to process the service fee payment. After making the payment, please get in touch with us and share your ECI number along with the session number of the missed class. This will help us coordinate the makeup session effectively.

You have the option to buy a six-month program extension  USD | CAD  to fulfill any pending requirements of your program.

 

You have the option to purchase additional oral assessments. Upon receipt of your payment, you will be provided with detailed instructions on how to proceed with booking your additional oral assessment. 

Completion Requirements:

  • Level 1 = Essentials + Level 1 Mentor Bundle
    • Completion Timeline: 18 months from the first session of the Essentials course 
  • Level 2 = Essentials + Advanced + Level 2 Mentor Bundle
    • Completion Timeline: 24 months from the first session of the Essentials course 
  • Team Coaching Certification = High Performance Team Coaching + Advanced Team Coaching + 5 Hours of Team Coaching Supervision 
    • Completion Timeline: 12 months from the first session of High Performance Team Coaching
  • For Level 1 and Level 2 Programs, a minimum attendance of 70% is necessary. Falling below this requirement might lead to course repetition. 
  • 100% attendance is obligatory for Group Mentor sessions within the Mentor Bundle. If any are missed, a makeup class is needed, with a service fee applicable.
  • Specialty courses mandate a minimum of 70% attendance
  • Kindly get in touch with us upon fulfilling all the program requirements. Once we receive your request, the completion certificate will be issued within three weeks. Requesting an Additional Certificate Copy: If you've already received your program completion certificate and require an extra copy, kindly use the provided link to make the payment. Once the payment is received, the additional certificate will be dispatched to you within a week.

For Current Learners

You will receive access to the Erickson Online Academy and your course materials approximately 5-7 days before your class begins. For your initial class, you'll be sent an email containing your Academy login details. For subsequent courses, your course invitation will be sent through your Erickson Online Academy account 5-7 days before each class. For those enrolled in the online coaching program, it's important to complete mandatory prep work within the Academy before each live online session. If you find yourself without access three days prior to your course start date, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Your access to the live session videos will extend for 90 days after your last session. Additionally, you will retain access to all other course materials until your program end date. 

You can share your feedback by using the 'Feedback Form' provided after the completion of each module/course. If you have any concerns or requests while taking the course, don't hesitate to contact us. We value your input, as it helps us enhance the learning experience for all learners.

  • You are entitled to a full refund, minus the service fee, within the first 3 live sessions of an online program/course and/ or within the 1st day of the onsite program/course. 
  • If you wish to withdraw from a program/course, you must notify customer service in writing (email) within the prescribed time period. Tuition fees will be non-refundable beyond the above mentioned grace period.
