How can I enroll in the speciality courses?

Please visit our website page here to learn more about the speciality courses. You can download the course brochure by navigating to the 'Course Page'.

To enroll in any of these courses, add it to the cart and follow further instructions.

When will I get access to my course content?

Learners are given access to the course content 5-7 days before the start date of their classes. Please contact us at customerservice@erickson.edu if you don't have access 3 days before your course start date.

How can I upgrade my program? 

Learners enrolled in Coach Certificate and Coach Qualification have an option to upgrade their program. 

  1. Coach Certificate       ➡️    Coach Diploma
          (SFE+ SFAA)                             (SFE + SFAA+ AMB)

  2. Coach Qualification  ➡️    Coach Diploma
         (SFE + EMB)                               (SFE + SFAA+ AMB)

Please contact your enrolment coach to learn about the upgrade process. Admin fee may apply.

Can I take a break after starting the program?

Learners may request to pause their program for up to 6 months. Please send your requests at customerservice@erickson.edu

What are my options if I can't finish my program in the stipulated time?

Learners may request a six months program extension to finish the requirements of the program. Please reach out to us at customerservice@erickson.edu

What is the minimum attendance requirement in each module?

Learners are required to maintain at least 70% attendance in each module. The learners who fail to meet this requirement have to repeat the module.

How can I submit my feedback?

Learners may submit their feedback after the completion of each module/ course through the 'Feedback Form' which is sent to all the learners.

We understand life happens! For class rescheduling requests, please let us know at least 2 weeks prior to the start date of your class.

  1. To book your CMP oral assessment you need to log into the learner's portal.
  2. You can find the login page here. 
  3. Once you log in, navigate to 'Dashboard'.
  4. Click on 'Coaching Mastery Program'  
  5. Navigate to the 'Modules' section. You'll find instructions on scheduling your oral assessment.

How can I book my CMP (Advanced Mentor Bundle)/ MB (Essentials Mentor Bundle) 1:1 mentor sessions?

  1. You may book your 1:1 mentor sessions by logging into the learner's portal. 
  2. You can find the login page here. 
  3. Once you log in, navigate to 'Dashboard'.
  4. Click on 'Coaching Mastery Program/ Mentor Bundle'  
  5. Navigate to the 'Modules' section. You'll find instructions on scheduling your 1:1 mentor sessions.

How can I book a make-up session for the CMP/ MB class I missed?

Learners are required to maintain 100% attendance in CMP/ MB group sessions. To make up for the session you missed, please reach out to us at customerservice@erickson.edu with the following details:

  1. The ECI number and Session number of the class you missed 
  2. The ECI number of the class you'd like to enroll in for the makeup session.

How can I upload recordings in Canvas?

  1. To upload your recordings you need to log into the learner's portal.
  2. You can find the login page here. 
  3. Once you log in, navigate to 'Dashboard'.
  4. Click on the 'Module' name you'd like to submit the recordings of.
  5. Navigate to the 'Assignments' section. You'll see an option to upload the recording.

The program certificate is issued to all the eligible learners within 3 weeks of the completion of their program. If you don't receive your certificate by this timeline, then please reach out to us at customerservice@erickson.edu

Who is eligible to sign up for Erickson+?

All graduates and current learners are eligible to sign up for Erickson+

How can I sign up?

  • Please visit our website page and fill in the signup form here.

  • Once the form is filled out, the system will automatically verify your eligibility and send an email with sign-up instructions. If you are not a graduate, you’ll get an invitation to attend ECTO.

  • If you filled in the form and nothing happened, please raise a ticket by clicking here.

What does it cost? What is the difference between the free vs premium versions?


Access to the platform is free to all eligible graduates, including access to some free content and events. Paid membership will provide premium members access to additional content, events, training, and opportunities. The cost of the premium version is CAD 59 if paid monthly or CAD 599 if paid annually. We also have discounts from time to time.

I tried to log into Erickson+ but nothing worked. How should I proceed?

  • The first step is to create an account. Please use a desktop instead of a mobile to create your account.
  • Click here to sign up.  The 'sign up' option may hide somewhere at the bottom
  • Once you sign up, please download the Erickson+ App from the Apple Store or Google Play and log in to the app using your credentials.
  • As soon as your account is active, you’ll receive the 'forgot your password link. Please set your password.

I received a ‘You are “not a graduate” email’, but I have already graduated.

This may happen if you didn’t use the same email that we have in our records as the system may not recognize you.

Please click here, It will take you to the login page where you can create your own password and use the same email you used to register for Erickson programs.

Then, download the Erickson+ App, from Apple Store or Google Play for easy access to Erickson+
