If you're curious about continuing your journey into Level 2, the Summer 2026 Advanced OPEN DAY is your opportunity to experience the next stage of coaching mastery.
Inspired by Session 1 of The Art & Science of Coaching™ Advanced Course, this live immersive experience offers a preview of how Erickson coaches develop greater flexibility, presence, and transformational impact in their coaching conversations.
We're excited to welcome Erickson alumni and current Essentials learners into our virtual classroom for 2 hours and 30 minutes. You'll explore advanced coaching distinctions, experience experiential learning activities, participate in a live coaching demonstration, hosted by two of Erickson's renowned facilitators, Richard Hyams PCC and Gaby DaSilva MCC.
You'll also gain practical insights into the transition from foundational coaching toward PCC-level coaching and discover what becomes possible when coaching moves from technique to mastery.
Richard Hyams, PCC - Faculty Lead
Richard's credentials include NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner, NLP Trainer, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy Certification, as well as Certified Professional Solution-Focused Coach. Additionally, Richard has been passionately involved in developing powerful programs in human excellence and evolving a dynamic and energized training style that gives adult learners the capacity to discover that the learning process itself enlivens, empowers, and awakens innate capabilities and resources. He is the creator of the Explore Coaching program and has taught both in-house and online programs. As the faculty lead and part of the program development department at Erickson, Richard plays an active role in developing Erickson's programs. He is also a key source of knowledge on ICF Coach Education.
Gaby DaSilva, MCC
Gaby has been certified in leadership training, team development, coaching, and health and post-traumatic stress management for over ten years. She is also a senior trainer for large companies in Quebec in coaching, emotional intelligence, health and energy at work, communication and leadership.
Gaby worked for the American company Anthony Robbins as an international coach. Her interventions specialized in self-management, influencing skills, business development and professional and personal development.
Gaby's mission is to support individuals to increase their personal awareness around their needs, emotions and internal models in order to achieve their personal power, improve their relationships, increase their vitality and be authentic leaders, in their personal and professional life.

Yes. The OPEN DAY is inspired by Session 1 of Erickson's Advanced Course and is designed to give you a meaningful experience of the Level 2 learning environment, teaching style, and developmental journey.
PCC (Professional Certified Coach) is the second credential level awarded by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Throughout the OPEN DAY, you'll gain insights into the distinctions that support coaches in developing toward PCC-level coaching, including deeper listening, greater coaching presence, and more impactful client awareness.
Absolutely. Like all Erickson training experiences, this is an interactive learning environment. You'll participate in exercises, reflections, discussions, and experiential learning activities throughout the session.

No. The Advanced OPEN DAY is a complimentary learning experience offered to Erickson alumni and current Essentials learners.
Our intention is to give you the opportunity to experience the Advanced learning environment, explore new coaching distinctions, and determine whether Level 2 feels like the right next step for your development.
By registering for an Erickson Open Day event (“Event”), participants acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Nature of the Event
The Erickson Open Day is an informational and experiential event designed to provide participants with a preview of Erickson’s learning environment, faculty, coaching methodology, community, and training experience.
The Event may include demonstrations, experiential exercises, faculty interaction, discussions, and program-related information. Participation in the Event does not constitute enrollment in a certification program and does not provide certification, academic credit, coaching credentials, or continuing education credits.
2. Registration
Registration is required to attend the Event. Erickson Coaching International reserves the right to approve, decline, limit, or cancel registrations at its discretion.
Event capacity may be limited. Registration does not guarantee admission once maximum capacity has been reached.
3. Event Access & Communication
By registering, participants consent to receive communications related to the Event, including:
- confirmation emails,
- calendar invitations,
- virtual access links,
- reminder emails,
- downloadable resources,
- and relevant follow-up communication regarding Erickson programs, services, and offerings.
4. Recording & Privacy
The Event may be recorded for internal, educational, quality assurance, or promotional purposes.
By attending, participants acknowledge and consent that their name, voice, video, chat participation, or likeness may appear in the recording. Participants who prefer not to appear on camera may choose to keep their camera turned off and may adjust their displayed name within the virtual platform.
Participant information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Erickson Coaching International’s privacy practices.
5. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators, staff, and fellow attendees. Erickson Coaching International reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, discriminatory, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit and values of the learning environment.
6. Intellectual Property
All Event materials, presentations, demonstrations, exercises, recordings, handouts, and related content remain the intellectual property of Erickson Coaching International and/or the respective facilitators.
Event content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, or shared without prior written permission.
7. Promotional Offers
Any promotional offers, pricing incentives, deposit offers, or special enrollment opportunities shared during or following the Event are subject to:
- stated deadlines,
- program availability,
- applicable Terms & Conditions,
- and Erickson Coaching International’s discretion.
8. Changes or Cancellation
Erickson Coaching International reserves the right to modify Event content, facilitators, timing, format, or scheduling as needed. Erickson also reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event at its discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
Participation in the Event is voluntary. Erickson Coaching International shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, technical disruptions, or personal outcomes arising from participation in the Event.
