What makes Erickson's approach unique is that participants both experience supervision themselves and learn a Solution-Focused approach to facilitating supervision. This means you receive support for your own development while building a reflective practice that can support your ongoing growth and the growth of others.

The Art & Science of Ericksonian Integrative Supervision received the Supervision Accreditation from ICF, the AACS (Advanced Accreditation in Coaching Supervision)

The Program breakdown with the ICF is as follows:

Erickson Supervision Essentials:
-35 hours of live instruction
-10 hours asynchronous (readings, videos, etc.)
-10 hours of practicum (practising supervision)


The Erickson Supervision Bundle: 
-5 hours total of receiving supervision
-3 hours of supervision for coaching and 2 hours for supervision on supervision (group and/or Individual)

For more than four decades, Marilyn has trained coaches, leaders, facilitators, and helping professionals around the world. Her work has shaped Erickson's Solution-Focused methodology and influenced generations of practitioners.

In this inaugural supervision cohort, Marilyn personally guides participants through the principles, practices, and developmental foundations of Solution-Focused Supervision.
