More detailed information:
The Essentials Course
The Essentials Course covers the basic coach approach, what coaching is and isn’t, Coach Position, the importance of holding Coach Position, and the coaching process step-by-step. Part 1 is known as the ‘inspiration’ element of the course and seeks answers to the question, “What do I want to achieve?”
Part 2 has an additional focus on implementation and processes. It provides a new relationship with strategy, planning, execution, and time. Part 2 seeks answers to the question, “How might I achieve it?”
The Advanced Course
The Advanced Course includes commitment and values, raising awareness of how values enable us to commit to following through on a project. In Part 1, we address how to handle objections that may arise. Here we seek answers to the questions, “How can I continue with commitment?” and, “Why is it important for me to be doing this?”
Part 2 is the completion and integration part of the program. Here we focus on how people experience success, finding answers to the questions, “How do I complete?” and, “How will I know when I’ve achieved it?” At the same time, we move through completion of both The Essentials and Advanced Courses, including testing of skills and competencies in which the topics of all four Parts fall into place to complete the bigger picture of integrated Solution-Focused Coaching.
