The Leader as Coach - Train the Trainer course is a course to train Facilitators to teach the Leaders as Coach, a short powerful course teaching a coach approach to internal conversations This training provides the skills needed to train individuals to become more effective as leaders by providing them with a coach approach to strategic conversations within their organization.

The Leader as Coach is a transformational learning journey. LAC trainers are responsible for generating a shift or transformation for each and every workshop participant that takes their program. Trainer Candidates (TCs or LAC TTT participants) should expect to invest a minimum of 40-100 hours into practice and trainer development. Trainer Candidates must complete their certification in 6-months.
