ABOUT ME AS A COACH
As a Professional and Personal Development Coach, I partner with individuals to create
greater awareness of internal processes allowing discovery of effective strategies in
meeting goals. By fostering a growth mindset, clients gain increased focus, clarity, and
resilience resulting in a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around
them.

I have a keen, ongoing interest in neuroscience. This forms the basis of my coaching. I
am flexible in my approach based on clients needs. Challenging clients and humor are
characteristic of my coaching style. Attention to language (especially internal) and
creativity are key to my coaching.
