ABOUT LAUREL AS A COACH
Laurel has always worked in the helping profession as her educational background is Social Work and Teaching and she has a deep love for learning. Laurel and her husband are entrepreneurs and have been involved in numerous successful startup companies since 2003. (www.tradestraininginitiative.com, www.start-a-conversation.com)

She has skills in bookkeeping, management and safety program development and has helped many coachees with their small businesses. In this season of life, she obtained her coach training in 2016 with Erickson International and obtained her ACC in 2021. She is currently working on her PCC training and became a registered Social Worker in 2023 to add to her current private coaching practice.

As a solution focused coach, she gets tremendous joy seeing how people can move forward with confidence, clarity and focus. To live full productive, purposeful lives with meaningful work, that they have shaped and developed.
