Tania Bos

Tania Bos est coach professionnelle certifiée PCC (ICF), mentor coach ACC (niveau 1) et assistante d’enseignement (TA) pour les programmes francophones d’Erickson Coaching International.

Installée à Amsterdam depuis plus de 25 ans, après une première partie de vie à Paris, Tania évolue dans un environnement profondément multiculturel. Elle accompagne principalement des coachs et des clients francophones vivant à l’international, sensibles aux enjeux d’identité, de transitions et d’alignement professionnel dans des contextes complexes.

Issue du monde de l’édition scolaire à Paris, Tania s’est formée au coaching auprès d’Erickson Coaching International (The Art & Science of Coaching™), après avoir choisi d’opérer une transition professionnelle majeure. Cette expérience nourrit aujourd’hui sa posture de mentor coach : elle connaît de l’intérieur les exigences, les questionnements et les étapes clés du parcours de certification ACC et PCC.

Parallèlement à son activité de coach et de mentor, elle exerce à temps partiel comme gestionnaire de compte au sein d’un cabinet d’interprètes de conférences à Amsterdam. Ce lien continu avec le monde professionnel international enrichit sa pratique et lui permet d’accompagner avec justesse les réalités opérationnelles, relationnelles et humaines rencontrées par les coachs et leurs clients.

Active au sein de la communauté Erickson International aux Pays-Bas, Tania contribue au rayonnement et au développement de la culture Erickson dans un contexte international.

En tant que mentor coach, elle propose un accompagnement à la fois structurant, bienveillant et exigeant, au service du développement de l’identité de coach, de la posture professionnelle et de l’alignement avec les compétences ICF.

Reconnue pour sa qualité de présence, son écoute profonde et son empathie, Tania crée un espace de confiance propice à l’apprentissage, à la réflexion et à la progression professionnelle.

Tania Bos is a PCC-certified professional coach (ICF), an ACC mentor coach (Level 1), and a teaching assistant (TA) for Erickson Coaching International's French-language programs.

She has been based in Amsterdam for over 25 years, after an earlier chapter of her life in Paris, and works in a deeply multicultural environment. She primarily supports French-speaking coaches and clients living internationally who are sensitive to issues of identity, transitions, and professional alignment in complex contexts.

With a background in educational publishing in Paris, Tania trained as a coach with Erickson Coaching International (The Art & Science of Coaching™) after choosing to make a major career transition. This experience now informs her stance as a mentor coach: she has first-hand knowledge of the requirements, questions, and key stages of the ACC and PCC certification journeys.

Alongside her work as a coach and mentor, she works part-time as an account manager in a conference interpreting firm in Amsterdam. This ongoing connection with the international professional world enriches her practice and enables her to support, with accuracy, the operational, relational, and human realities encountered by coaches and their clients.

Active within the Erickson International community in the Netherlands, Tania contributes to the visibility and development of Erickson’s culture in an international context.

As a mentor coach, she offers support that is both structured, caring, and demanding, in service of developing coach identity, professional presence, and alignment with ICF competencies.
