What is the true meaning of Solution-Focused, and why does coaching through this lens matter to the coachee? After this discussion, you will watch a variety of coaching demo snippets to see 'solution-focused' in action.

✅ Watch parts of a coaching demo(s) showcasing the various ways to impactfully step into a solution-focused mindset.
✅ Debrief demo(s), sharing what worked well and new awarenesses
✅ Big room conversation - sharing challenges/experiences and offering solutions with peer-to-peer mentoring
