  • Deep listening and powerful questions

The approach is grounded in neuroscience, human development, and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) coaching competencies.

The OPEN DAY itself is an introductory experience and not a certification program. However, it gives you a real preview of Erickson’s internationally recognized professional coach training, The Art & Science of Coaching™.

Yes, absolutely. Our flagship, award-winning The Art & Science of Coaching™ Level 1 course is accredited with The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). As an SHRM Recertification General Provider, Erickson is authorized to award 64 recertification professional development credits (PDCs) for all SHRM certification holders who complete our program.

Professionals and leaders across numerous disciplines, particularly leaders in the field of Human Resources/Learning & Development stand to gain hugely from the skills that coaching can equip them with. Not only will The Art & Science of Coaching™ help them to unlock potential in their teams, but also to help them in guiding individuals to surpass their role’s expectations and contribute to the company's vision.

That’s exactly what the OPEN DAY is for. Many participants attend because they are curious and want to experience coaching before making a decision about training. You’ll leave with practical insights and a clearer understanding of whether coaching is the right next step for you.
