Erickson Coaching International is excited to announce the appointment of Yaoxing Li, known as Sariel, as our new Managing Director for China and Asia Pacific, effective 1 September 2024.
Sariel brings a wealth of experience to this role, with a strong leadership background in financial services, consulting, and digital transformation. He most recently served as the Director of the Digital Solution Center at Mercedes Benz Financial. Sariel holds a master’s degree in business from the Beijing Institute of Technology, an undergraduate degree in computer science, and has earned his Level 2 (PCC) accreditation through the International Coaching Federation. His expertise spans digital innovation, strategy, customer service, business improvement, and growth across various organizational functions.
Many within the Erickson community have had the pleasure of working with Sariel through programs like Advanced Team Coach training and the WorldGame. He is known for his compassionate, inspiring, solution-oriented, and team-focused leadership style, which consistently delivers exceptional results. Sariel leads by example and has a remarkable ability to achieve outcomes swiftly and effectively. Having been an active member of the Erickson China community for several years, Sariel has fully embraced Erickson’s values and has undergone his own transformative journey. He places the highest importance on integrity and is committed to lifelong learning.
