Marija Branovacki is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) , Team Coach of Erickson Coaching International and Erickson’s Facilitator for “High performance team Coaching” & “The Art and Science of Coaching” programs since 2018.
She is also a certified PCM Coach (Process Communication Model – Kahler Communication International) and NLP Trainer. By formal education, Marija is a Doctor of Medicine graduate from the University of Belgrade's Faculty of Medicine. She brings over 15 years of experience in working with businesspeople from her role as a Sales Manager at Sanofi, a global pharmaceutical company, where she was in charge of many projects and workshops relating to personal development, team development, and business coaching, predominantly in Sales. Working as a Partner and Head of Growth in Atria Group SEE, Marija is in charge of employee development projects for various companies in Serbia and the surrounding region.
Her area of expertise are Mental health at work, Psychological safety at work, Working with Sales teams, and individual coaching with a focus on developing potential as well as the personal and business development of employees.
Marija je ICF sertifikovani profesionalni kouč (ACC), timski kouč Erickson Coaching International iz Vankuvera i Eriksonov trener programa „The Art and Science of Coaching“ i „High Performance Team Coaching“ od 2018.godine. Pored toga je i sertifikovani PCM kouč (Process Communication Model Kahler Communication International) i NLP Trener. Više od 15 godina iskustva u radu sa ljudima u biznisu stekla je pre svega na poziciji menadžera prodaje za Srbiju u farmaceutskoj kompaniji Sanofi . Biznis koučing je deo njenog svakodnevnog rada. Po formalnom obrazovanju je Doktor medicine – diplomirala na Medicinskom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu. U Atria Group, na poziciji Partnera i Head of growth, vodi projekte razvoja zaposlenih u brojnim kompanijama u Srbiji i širem regionu. Njena oblast ekspertize je :Mentalno zdravlje na radnom mestu, Psihološka bezbednost na radnom mestu, rad sa prodajnim timovima i koučing sa pojedincima sa fokusom na razvoj potencijala, lični i profesionalni razvoj.
