Ilze has been coaching for 10 years and boasts more than 2,000 hours of practical experience. She is an internationally certified coach, holding a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Throughout her coaching journey, Ilze has worked with Erickson Coaching International, serving as a facilitator since 2019. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, and her professional experience includes over 20 years of experience in project management, sales management, and human resources management.
Ilze’s coaching approach is centered on transformational coaching, which focuses on creating deep and long-term changes in a person’s mindset, behavior, and outlook on life. Transformational coaching is suitable for a wide range of people and situations where deeper inner growth, significant change, and the development of a new perspective on oneself and the surrounding world are needed.
