Since graduating from The Art & Science of Coaching™ in 2014, Guy has worked extensively with individuals, start-ups and companies around the world to help them create, promote and sustain powerful conversations which make a positive difference - in their own lives, and in the lives of others.
Guy holds a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential from the International Coaching Federation, in addition to an honors Bachelor's degree in Journalism & Visual Media, as well as a Masters degree in International Human Rights Law. Prior to becoming a certified coach, Guy stretched his professional legs by working for Apple and Amnesty International. He then went on to work in the Dublin headquarters of global tech giants Google and Facebook which helped shape and inform his passion for coaching.
As an approved facilitator and coaching mentor for of The Art & Science of Coaching™, Guy brings his unique style and creative approach to support Erickson coaches find their unique coaching voice. He aims to simplify complex topics and bring content to life through examples in a straightforward and practical way. In 2023, Guy was named one of the top facilitators of the year by the International Coaching Federation for outstanding facilitation.
