Since graduating from The Art & Science of Coaching in 2015, Guy has been passionate about making coaching applicable and accessible to all. Over past few years, he has worked extensively with individuals, start-ups and companies around the world to help them create, promote and sustain powerful conversations which make a positive difference - in their own lives, and in the lives of others.

Guy holds a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential from the International Coaching Federation, in addition to an honours Bachelors degree in Journalism & Visual Media, as well as a Masters degree in International Human Rights Law.

As an approved facilitator of The Art & Science of Coaching, Guy brings his unique style and coaching experience to support Erickson’s coaches-to-be to find their unique coaching voice, to make a distinct contribution to people’s lives - and advance the industry as a whole. Guy then continues supporting graduates by serving as Erickson’s Alumni & Community Lead. In this role, Guy partners closely with various departments at Erickson to provide its alumni with meaningful support on their coaching journey. Guy is committed to researching and delivering rich opportunities for Erickson's global community of coaches to continue their coaching, learning, and success - wherever their coaching journey takes them.

Prior to becoming a certified coach, Guy stretched his professional legs by working for Apple and Amnesty International. He then went on to work in the Dublin headquarters of global tech giants Google and Facebook. These experiences each helped inform and define his coaching trajectory.

An avid 'Solutioneer', Guy’s passion for coaching, people and technology has enabled him to leverage the power of solution-focused thinking, tools and techniques to understand the wider context - and benefit - of utilizing solution-focused communications beyond the coaching session, and applying them to our everyday lives. Harnessing the power of social media, Guy stays true to the Erickson Principles, and encourages open, solution-focused conversations with over 120,000 followers in Ireland and around the world.
