Batum Olga Fetisova, MCC, is a senior coach, facilitator, and mentor with over 25 years of experience supporting personal and organizational transformation across four countries.
For the past 20 years, Batum has been a core partner and faculty member at Erickson Coaching International, delivering ICF-accredited coach training programs both online and in person, internationally. She also serves as a certified ICF Coach Mentor, guiding coaches through their professional development.
Her work is deeply rooted in scientific knowledge and humanistic values. Batum holds degrees in biotechnology, economics, psychology, and sociology, and integrates this interdisciplinary foundation into all areas of her coaching and teaching.
She is especially known for her long-standing commitment to public and social initiatives, supporting change efforts in communities for over 24 years. Her approach is warm, open, and deeply professional, with a clear focus on results and values.
