A graduate of Soochow University with a background in human resource management, she has facilitated corporate TTT programs since 2014.
Grace is a certified instructor of Coaching Smart Parents, Emotional Intelligence Coach, and Decoding Adolescent Parenting, and has delivered more than 30 classes in parent-focused development. She blends NLP, coaching principles, and experiential learning to create accessible, transformative training experiences.
