Daisy Zhang is an MCC coach with over 4,500 hours of coaching experience and 17 years in human resources and sales leadership across global brands such as L’Oréal, Carrier, and BV.
Holding an MBA from Northern University, she has spent more than a decade as an executive coach, team coach, and leadership consultant. Daisy has been with Erickson since 2013 and trains across multiple Erickson programs, including coaching, EI, mindfulness, and team coaching.
She is also certified in Belbin and influential communication methodologies, enabling her to support leaders with both strategic clarity and interpersonal excellence.
