ABOUT PAOLA AS A COACH

With over 30 years of corporate experience — including more than 15 years in top executive roles at global companies such as Google and Mediaset — Paola brings a unique blend of strategic business leadership and human-centered insight.

In 2023, she was recognized as one of the Top 10 Coaches in Milan by The Forbetter Institute.

Paola’s existential journey led her to a profound sense of fulfillment, living between Italy and Spain . Her aspiration today is to embrace a broader mission: helping people ignite the spark of their inner potential, aligning their lives with the essence of what they truly want.

EXPERIENCE

Throughout her career, Paola has held impactful leadership roles, most notably at Google Italy, where she served as Strategic Partnerships Director. In this role, she was responsible for designing strategies, managing sales operations and leading relationships with top global brands such as Publicis, DAN,Coca-Cola, and P&G. She built and scaled high-performing teams, crafted national deal strategies, developed business areas  and represented Google in the Italian media landscape as a keynote speaker and industry board member (e.g., IAB, UPA, UNA).

Driven by a long-standing passion for human development, in 2022 Paola made the decision to fully dedicate herself to coaching. Today, she supports executives and organizations through transformative coaching journeys.  She is a certified ICF Professional Coach (PCC), trained in systemic, solution-focused, neuroscience-based, and NLP methodologies. Paola is recognized for her warm yet challenging presence and her exceptional listening skills.       

In addition to her work as an executive coach, Paola also operates as a Team Coach, consultant, and keynote speaker—designing and delivering impactful webinars and workshops on topics such as Conflict Management, Talent Development, and Innovation.
