Tuesday 4 November (afternoon): Arrive and settle in. In the evening, we’ll gather for a welcome circle.
Wednesday 5 November: Full Workshop Day
Thursday 6 November: Full Workshop Day
Friday 7 November: Morning Workshop and Closing Circle for integration, reflection and connection. The retreat concludes with a nourishing brunch and farewell.
