Fabian has had the privilege of coaching current and emerging leaders and executives from, for example, the technology sector, the pharma industry, consulting, acting and non-profit organizations.

One of the most rewarding aspects of Fabian's coaching career so far has certainly been successfully coaching female team leaders working in the field for agencies in the United Nations System. He has received feedback that he “really understands the chances and challenges of the UN system” and “empower [his clients] to take ownership of [their] career”.

Fabian's academic background in International Relations is very useful in this context, as is having lived in nine different countries and his practical management consulting experience of five years. As part of the latter, Fabian has conducted several large-scale employee satisfaction surveys in the public sector reaching a total of ca. 20.000 employees. In combination with his further qualifications such as a Prince2 Foundation Certificate, a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt as well as being a certified Change Management Professional, this allows him to work with UN leaders and staff as a peer.

The topics covered during Fabian's engagements usually revolve around Leadership development and skills, time & priority management, conflict management, performance support/ management as well as work/ life integration and personal growth.

Fabian coaches in English, Spanish and German.
