Admission and Registration
○ Any personal information collected by Erickson Coaching International will be used solely for the purpose for which it was originally collected and remains confidential.
○ Under the Personal Information Protection Act, Learners are entitled to receive documentation of the information contained in their files.
● To secure a place in any of the Erickson programs or courses, Learners must pay the required tuition fee within the specified timeframe. (Please refer to the first bullet point under Payment and Refunds).
● Non-payment of fees within the specified timeframe will result in termination of enrollment.
● Erickson Coaching International reserves the right to change the schedule or cancel a program or course. In such a case, learners will be provided an opportunity to choose another program/course start date or receive a full refund.
● Erickson Coaching International is not responsible for any costs incurred by learners because of a program/course cancellation or rescheduling.
- Payments and Refunds
Payment in full, or first installment, for the program must be received prior to the commencement of the program/course.
● Learners who are on a payment plan are accountable for the full program fee.
● Failure to make payments within the contracted dates will result in termination of enrollment.
● Learners with multi-payment plans must pay the full tuition fee for a course by the course end date.
● Learners with an outstanding balance will not be able to move to the next course in their program.
● Learners, who are otherwise eligible to receive their certificate, will not be issued one if they have an outstanding balance.
● Once a learner is enrolled, all changes and refunds are subject to a service fee (please refer to the Table of Fees below).
● Learners are entitled to a full refund, minus the service fee,
○ Within the first 2 live sessions of an online program/course;
○ Within the 1st day of the onsite program/course.
Learners who wish to withdraw from a program/course, must notify customer service (customerservice@erickson.edu) in writing (email) within the prescribed time period. Tuition fees will be non-refundable beyond the above mentioned grace period.
● Tuition fee can be paid via Credit Card or via bank transfer. Erickson Coaching International does not accept cash payments.

Program Component and Completion Timeline
Important to know:
● Program components must be completed in the order indicated.
● Learners will be given access to their course content 5-7 days prior to the first session of each component. Course content can be accessed on Erickson Online Academy. To access Erickson Online Academy, learners must use Chrome or Firefox on a desktop or laptop computer.
● Program completion requirements are discussed during the first live session of your program.
● In addition to program completion requirements, for all Erickson programs, learners must maintain an attendance of 70% or higher in order to be eligible to receive a certificate. If learners miss more than 30% of a course, they will be withdrawn and must reschedule and retake the entire course.
● Learners who do not meet the minimum attendance, participation and/or completion requirements of the program will not be eligible to receive a certificate. They will be required to join another program start date, at their own expense, if they wish to attain certification.
● Any Learner who has not successfully completed a course and wishes to retake it in order to fulfill the requirements of the course may do so
○ At Review Fee of USD $390 + (applicable taxes) as long as the start date of the “retake” is within 2 years of the commencement date of their original course.
○ 50% course fee + (applicable taxes) if the start date of the “retake” is more than 2 years of the commencement date of the original course.

Intellectual Property
●Materials, concepts, and information (collectively called “Materials”) presented by Erickson during programs either orally or in writing, are the property of Erickson Coaching International and Marilyn Atkinson, and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable laws. The Materials constitute commercially valuable, proprietary, confidential property of Erickson, the design and development of which required substantial effort, time, and money.
● All rights are expressly reserved by Erickson and Marilyn Atkinson.
● Learners agree not to reproduce, copy, or otherwise duplicate, and not to distribute, lend, or otherwise transfer the Materials without the prior written permission of Erickson.
● Learners agree not to use the Materials in any way that would compromise the confidential and proprietary nature of the Materials.
● Learners agree that the Materials presented by Erickson are intended solely for use in the program and that the Learner is free to use the Materials for their personal use as a coach.
● Learners agree not to resell, reproduce, and sell, or repackage and sell the Materials. Learners agrees to not deliver the Materials themselves, either reproduced or modified, or anything derived from the Materials, either orally or in writing, as part of any seminar/webinar, training program, workshop, consulting, book, article, speech, talk, and/or similar business activity which the Learner makes available to their clients or to others, except with the prior written permission of Erickson.

Code of Conduct
● Use polite and respectful language when interacting with facilitators, TAs fellow learners, enrollment advisors, customer service team and any other Erickson staff.
● Avoid using offensive, derogatory, or discriminatory language.
● Be considerate of others' opinions and perspectives, even if you disagree.
● Be mindful of your behavior and avoid any actions that may disrupt the learning environment.
● Treat all individuals with respect, regardless of their background or identity.
Active Participation:
● Engage in class discussions, activities, and assignments as required and in a timely manner.
● Avoid disruptive behavior that hinders the learning process.
Punctuality and Preparedness:
● Join online classes on time and be prepared with necessary materials.
● Complete assignments and readings prior to class as instructed.
● Notify the facilitator/TA in advance if you cannot attend a class or complete an assignment.
Academic Integrity:
● Submit your own work and give proper credit to the sources you use.
Privacy and Data Security:
● Respect the privacy of others in the online classroom.
● Do not share personal information about yourself or others without permission.
Technical Etiquette:
● Use appropriate software (Zoom) for attending online classes.
● Minimize distractions during online sessions (e.g., mute your microphone when not speaking).
Conflict Resolution:
● Address any conflicts or disagreements respectfully and privately.
● Seek guidance from the teacher or appropriate authority if conflicts
persist.
● Avoid personal attacks and focus on finding constructive solutions.
Remember, the online classroom should be a safe and inclusive space for all learners to learn and grow. By adhering to this code of conduct, you contribute to creating a positive learning environment for yourself and others.

● All webinar fees are non-refundable.
● All fees mentioned in this contract are subject to applicable taxes.
