Nancy is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. She is also a member of International Coach Federation (ICF), Phoenix Chapter. Nancy started her journey with Erickson Coaching International (in 2013) as a participant in the Art & Science of Coaching. Due to her passion and strength for coaching and facilitation, she pursued her dream (to work for Erickson) and has been a Facilitator and Mentor for Erickson for over 7 years. She was also the Business Development Manager (for Erickson) partnering with corporations to learn about Erickson’s programs.
Nancy joined Erickson with experience as a certified facilitator. She facilitated leadership development courses and team member courses (for diverse organizations throughout the world) for over 20 years. She was a Regional Director traveling to support teams by helping leaders implement coaching and listening skills to increase performance. Having years of experience as a HR Practitioner, Nancy is also a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Nancy helped create and develop Coaching Competencies for Leaders (an Erickson business coaching course). Nancy is a business coach who started her coaching career as a performance coach and learned to implement solution focused coaching skills and the Ericksonian Principles into her practice. Nancy enjoys partnering with coaches from all over the world to support their growth and development. If you are a new or experienced coach, Nancy would love to partner with you!
