Nancy is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She completed The Art & Science of Coaching™ program with Erickson Coaching International and has her own successful practice.

Speaker & Facilitator
Nancy is a Facilitator with Erickson, facilitating The Art & Science of Coaching™ and Coaching Competencies for Leaders (which she helped to design and develop). She trains and mentors diverse coaches, leaders, executives and directors internationally, and values the experience she gained as a Performance Coach with Apollo Education Group.

Nancy was certified to teach Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II and Franklin Covey’s Speed of Trust.

• Richemont/Cartier as a Coach and Facilitator, where she supported leaders at all levels through coaching, training, and strategic leadership development.
  
• She currently partners with Erickson Coaching International as a Mentor, Facilitator, Regional Advisor, and supports corporations who wish to expand a coaching culture in their organizations.
