What are you most proud of from the past 20 years?

Over the past 20 years, I am most proud of the journey I’ve been on to become the person I am today. Through life experiences, lessons and a solution-focused mindset, I have been able to create a life which is true to me and my unique vision.

What does transformation mean to you and what role do you feel coaching plays in the transformation of society?

To me, transformation is more than simply change. It is a deep, complex and often ongoing process of alignment, re-configuration and and re-invention. As coaches, we have the honor, power and responsibility to make every conversation provide clarity and fuel for such transformations to occur. Each one of us, whether coach or client, holds the power to change the world with our words and actions. If we wish to transform the world into a better place, it could all come down to a single action, thought, or powerful question.

What role has Erickson played in your transformation in the past 20 years?

Thanks to the solution-focused methodology shared by Erickson, I have been able to begin and stay the course of my own transformation journey. The journey is far from complete (is it ever, really?) but I have experienced tremendous growth, personal and professional success due to developing a coaching mindset.
