ERICKSON'S TEAM COACHING Certification FAQs

It is an ICF Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC)-aligned program that certifies coaches to lead team coaching engagements. The program includes High Performance Team Coaching, Advanced Team Coaching, and 5 hours of Team Coaching Supervision.

Graduates will earn the Erickson Certified Team Coach credential and become eligible to apply for the ICF’s Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC).

The certification includes three components: High Performance Team Coaching (8 sessions online or 4 days onsite), Advanced Team Coaching (10 sessions online or 5 days onsite), and Team Coaching Supervision (2 sessions online). The program includes a blend of theory and practical team experience, with the goal of equipping participants to step directly into a practical team coaching environment after completion of the requirements.

This course is ideal for certified coaches, internal organizational coaches, and business leaders looking to enhance their ability to lead teams and instill a strong coaching culture within their organization.
