Led by our partner - Salam to Soul (Salam Al That in Arabic), Erickson Jordan will be facilitating Solution-Focused coach training and raising greater awareness of the coaching profession throughout Jordan.
A dedicated team of 3 staff members, Salam to Soul looks forward to helping launch Erickson coach training programs in Jordan and reinforce it with their 3 core values: honesty, ultimate, growth (HUG). Erickson Jordan's team strives to assist more individuals with their personal and professional growth, by enhancing their lives and attaining their life goals. They aim to educate others that Solution-Focused coach training will help them develop an attractive career path that supports personal and professional goals like building a business and enhancing financial growth.
The Salam to Soul team was inspired to bring Erickson's Solution-Focused coaching method to Jordan to:
- introduce the great value of Erickson's Solution-Focused coaching to the people of Jordan in order to help enhance their quality of life
- support their local community to have a positive culture, to grow, and to achieve individual and collective goals
- enhance the current quality of coaching services in the country by becoming a professional coaching institute that takes the lead
