Kalyna has coached over 5,000 client hours with clients in 24 different countries around the world. She works with professionals at all levels to become leaders in their fields.
Through the power of coaching and mentorship, Kalyna equips individuals to embrace building character via live workshops, courses, and speaking engagements around the world.
She believes the career adventure is truly a hero/heroine's journey and has worked to foster leaders at all levels who are actively building impactful careers and taking imperfect action every single day.
After streamlining and automating her coaching process and programs online, Kalyna has traveled all over 5 continents. She is based in Toronto but has spent time in Aruba, Rio de Janeiro, Dallas, Fortaleza, New York, the San Francisco Bay Area, Bali, and Zurich.
Her journey with Erickson started in 2015 while completing her Erickson Certified Professional Coach training. Kalyna went on to support classes as a training assistant, spread the joy of coaching as an enrolment advisor, and is now the lead facilitator of the Teen as Coach program at Erickson.
She has her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation with the ICF and has 8 years of experience coaching a variety of clientele from young adults to new retirees on how to create a meaningful life via their contribution to the world. Kalyna has built her legacy while traveling the globe and devoting her life to building an international community of leaders creating an impact that they are proud of!
