Thomas Wegner graduated from The Art and Science of Coaching in 2013 and has been a facilitator for Erickson Coaching International since 2014. He is our first trainer based in Germany.
Thomas has many years of international experience supporting the change of individuals and organizations. He studied economics in Berlin, Germany, to develop a deep understanding of companies and their market environment.
In London, UK, he studied Philosophy and Public Policy to discover the deep relationships between individuals and what makes them tick. Additionally, Thomas accompanied major restructuring projects in small and medium-sized charities as an IT & IS consultant.
In 2012 Thomas founded his own coaching company, International Coach, to pursue his mission of making the world a better place – a place full of positivity and mutual support for everybody. He is helping his clients to create new approaches to handling challenges and to unlocking their full potential. His strict solution focus enables his personal and business clients to experience motivation boosts quickly and to realize sustainable success in short periods of time. He is known for his constructive attitude and assisting people to find their own, individual way.
Apart from training Erickson programs and coaching, Thomas is often found coaching teams and/or supporting them to implement agile approaches. Privately he loves boating, walking his dog, and playing volleyball.
