Hello everyone. Our staff, our faculty, our graduates, and our dear partners around the world.
As we come to the close of this remarkable year, I want to take a moment to wish each of you a joyful Christmas and a truly inspiring New Year. What a profound journey it has been, and what an incredible community we have become.
This year has been prosperous and deeply fruitful in so many ways. we celebrated our 45th anniversary – 45 years of changing the world, one conversation at a time. One of the shining highlights was our World Game in Romania, where coaches, leaders, and changemakers from across the globe came together with open hearts, bold ideas, and a shared commitment to possibility. We have also had community meetings springing up everywhere – moments of connection, creativity, and collective wisdom that remind us of the real power of conversation.
And of course, this year also marked a breakthrough for us: Erickson launched its own AI bot, a unique milestone in our evolution. This step represents not only innovation, but our commitment to staying at the leading edge of how humans learn, grow, and support one another.
Through all of this, we have continued to stay true to our core: a solution-focused approach that empowers individuals and transforms organizations. It’s this mindset – this way of seeing what is possible rather than what is missing—that has carried us through 45 years of impact, and will carry us confidently into the future.
Erickson is growing year by year. And as we look ahead, I see a year filled with expansion, creativity, and new forms of partnership. There is so much promise in what we are building together, and I believe that 2026 will bring even greater breakthroughs and shared accomplishments.
So, from my heart to yours: thank you for being a part of this journey. Thank you for your dedication, your brilliance, and your unwavering belief in what coaching can bring to the world.
I wish you and your loved ones a peaceful holiday season, and a New Year filled with joy, meaning, and possibility. Let’s continue shaping a world that works – one conversation at a time.
