We have an exciting opportunity for you to gain real coaching experience towards your PCC accreditation with the International Coach Federation.

Erickson is in the process of finalizing our Alumni Program, which will offer members the opportunity to work with real clients from businesses and NGOs. Currently we are at a pre-launch phase of this initiative. Full launch is planned for the beginning of 2022. 

At this point we are looking for a number of coaches who meet the requirements of a specific client. The client is a large player in the transportation industry in an English-speaking country and has over 60,000 employees. 

Successful candidates will get:

• a coaching contract with C-suite managers of this company
• a highly reputable company's name in their coaching portfolio
• credits towards Erickson products and services, which means you can use these coaching hours not only as great coaching experience, but also as paid coaching hours towards your ICF accreditation.

We are looking for aspiring coaches who have: 

• passed their oral assessment 
• 50 hours of coaching under their belt 
• 5 years leadership experience, and preferably some experience in the public sector
