Zerrin Baser, PCC
Dr. Baser has a professional experience in health sector policies and in project management before starting her own business as a trainer and a coach in new human technologies.

Dr.Baser being an ICF Professional Certified Coach and Erickson International Trainer is working as the Erickson College Turkey Organizer since August 2008. She loves to teach TASC and other Erickson Trainings including NLP. She has been interested in personal and organizational development for more than 20 years and has been involved in related trainings.

After receiving international certification to train NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner programs she established a training and consultancy company (Denge Merkezi Egitim ve Danismanlik) in 2004 to work as an NLP trainer and consultant. After meeting with Dr.Marilyn Atkinson and becoming a certified professional Erickson International Coach and ICF member she added her career being a The Art and Science of Coaching trainer and a coach.

Dr.Baser is a graduate of American Robert College in 1979. She studied medicine between 1981-87. During her tenure with the MoH of Turkey, she did her specialization in Family Medicine between 1988-1991 and managed Primary Health Care Reform Unit of the Ministry of Health between 1992-94. Dr.Baser got experienced in NGO sector while spearheaded the establishment of the Turkish National AIDS Commission with a EU funded project of Family Planning Association of Turkey. She also served as a technical advisor to the WHO on health policies in primary health care and family medicine.

Dr.Baser is committed to forging new partnerships among the NGO, commercial and government sectors for improving reproductive health in Turkey. During the 1998-2003 years Dr. Baser contributed to the progress in contraceptive commodity self reliance in Turkiye as a country manager of The Futures Group International under a USAID Project.

She now continues to conduct training programs on personal development, communication, human relations, human and business relations, behavioral patterns, problem solving, creativity, identifying life goals, time management and perception management. She continues to work as a coach for individuals and organizations. She is experienced in executive coaching. Dr. Baser organizing and conducting TASC module I to V trainings in Turkey and also in other countries as a senior trainer.

She is working and advocating for the further development of Erickson Solution Focused Coaching in Turkey.
She is proud of being in the service of human development and advancement. She motivates herself by seeing the positive change in people toward achieving their goals.
