Hanna Sedal, MCC

Since 1991 Hanna Sedal, MCC, has worked with non-profit organisations, governmental ministries, Finance, Pharmaceutical, Technology, Industry and Media.  She has worked with her own company as a consultant for strategic planning, organizational development, leadership- and team development. Since 1993 coaching and mentoring has been included in her work with top-executive management as well as with management at different levels. Since 2003 Mrs. Sedal has also been a lecturer on the topics: “Management, Self Management and Coaching” and “Coaching, Self management and Emotional Intelligence (EQ)”.

In 1998 Mrs Sedal together with a colleague, started building a Norwegian Branch of Erickson Coaching International.  The Norwegian branch is one of the earliest Erickson Branches in the world. In 2006 Mrs Sedal chose to leave her position as CEO of the school, to have more time for business consulting, coaching and mentoring. She still holds a position as head trainer at Erickson Coaching.

Mrs. Sedal’s expertise is in the fields of working with visions, strategic processing and organisational development, developing and structuring groups and teams, processing personal development, coaching and mentoring. She holds a college education in Leadership, banking and finance, equivalent to current MBA title.
